To me the hotel and room were exactly as advertised and were a good price for it. The room was a decent size, furniture (bed and 2 chairs) was comfortable. There was a little bit of dust in corners and small marks on the walls, but no health concerns and otherwise it was clean. The cooking facilities (frying pans, saucepan, colander, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher) worked great and were very useful. There is a food shop very nearby, and cafes a road away. There are fantastic views of Brussels a few minutes walk away, and the city centre is about 15-20 minutes walk. There is noise from the main road outside, however closing the vents above the windows helps hugely with this (I would have liked to have known this at the start). I also want to add I didn't hear other guests very often, which was welcome. The room does get warm, even in February with heating turned off. By opening the windows for a while its not a problem, but may be an issue in the summer. I would definitely come back, if I don't visit in the summer.

Having an apartment, rather than just a room suited our party better as it gave my Autistic son space to himself to regulate. Kitchenette was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the English TV channels were a bonus I wasn't expecting. Check in was quick and easy, our apartment was ready even though we checked in at 11.30am. The location was good, a nice area to walk in, with a mini supermarket a 2 minute walk from the hotel to stock up on breakfast foods. The metro station was only 5 minutes walk away, with frequent trains to Midi railway station, where you can change trains to get to the centre of Brussels. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Brussels.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent assistance from the staff at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax or work. While there’s no espresso machine in the room, you can still enjoy a good coffee at breakfast or in the common areas designed for both rest and productivity. The location is another strong point—just a short walk from a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, shops, and only four minutes from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city.

Perfect location, well connected to the city center. The room assigned was good, located on the 8th floor with an amazing view over the city, the spaces were right for 2 people. The reception was ok, I got my keys at the specified time. Only thing is I sent a message to the property (through the Booking.com app) on the morning of my arrival to ask if we could leave the luggages before the check in, but no one answered my message.

The staff was very friendly, always there, explained everything clearly. Helped with parking. The location is good, spent two days without public transport walking with small children. The room was spacious, with a mini kitchen and all the necessary equipment. The bathroom is large, as are the rooms. The beds were very comfortable for us, even a fold-out sofa.
